We offer refunds for:
- Items that were sent incorrectly
- Damaged or defective products

- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date
- To request a refund, please contact us at support@eloras.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue
Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection. Please double-check our Size Chart on each product page before finalizing your purchase.
